We are the management company that is run by the homeowner’s association Board of Directors. We have a complete staff available to take care of each owner’s request and rental needs. With several different management levels available, each owner can be as involved as they would like to be.  

For a total turnkey service, our Tier 1 management agreement would allow us to handle all aspects of your rental experience. We would take care of obtaining your rentals, cover all aspects of taking care of your guests, and do departure inspection and cleaning.  

Some owners enjoy taking a more hands-on approach. For those owners, we offer a Tier 2 management agreement. For this level of management, the owner would obtain their rentals thru any popular rental platform and we would take care of everything after that rental is entered into our reservations software. This would include cleaning and guest services.  

Tier 3 is available for those who want to do everything their selves and have us available for last-minute emergencies.

Our on-site office makes it convenient to find a BCW team member to help out with anything you need. These services can include concierge questions about the area, scheduling a cleaning, help in finding a contractor for remodeling, or needing a maintenance repair technician to perform service in your condo. We have a team member who lives on-site to take care of unforeseen emergencies after the office has closed.
