A credit card, check or money order for the greater of 10% of the reservation total or $150.00 is required within 10 days of booking for confirmation. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are subject to cancellation if deposits are not received by the date due.
If notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival, a fee equal to 10% of the reservation total will be assessed. If notice is received fewer than 31 days prior to arrival, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, 90% of the reservation total will be refunded only if the condo is re-rented for the entire period of the reservation. Travel Insurance is recommended and available at time of booking your reservation. Late arrivals or early departures are not refundable.
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required within 10 days. 40% of the total is required 60 days prior to arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations subject to cancellation if deposits are not received by the due date.
UNIT NUMBER GUARANTEE
Beaver Creek West will make every effort to accommodate the guest who picked their condominium and booked their reservation thru the on-line booking engine at BeaverCreekWest.com. Beaver Creek West retains the right to relocate the reservation to a unit of similar quality and features if circumstances beyond our control warrant a move of the reservation. These reasons could be, but are not limited to, fire damage, water damage, and/or sale of the condominium.
A non-refundable $15.60 resort fee will be added to each reservation for amenities not covered in the nightly rate. These include, but are not limited to, Front Desk & Concierge service, parking, internet & television service, pool & hot tub access, and linen service.
To help defray the cost of your reservation, Beaver Creek West may deposit advance rental deposits in an interest bearing account. All interest earned becomes the property of Beaver Creek West.
Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals. If a dog, cat, or other animal is found in the condo a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged and the animal must be removed from the property immediately.
Linens are provided on all rentals. Midweek towel exchange and trash removal is provided on rentals of 7 nights or more. Daily maid service is not included, but is available upon request for an additional charge. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. At check-in a credit card imprint or cash deposit is required for incidentals, damage, any unpaid balances, and proof of card ownership. Unpaid balances will be processed upon departure. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please contact our office if there are any special needs that you may have prior to arrival.
LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
